SCOPE (Skill, Competency,OPportunity driven selfEmployability)
SCOPE is designed to improve employment opportunities of rural adults through various skill development programs in a blended Online and Face-to-Face mode.
SCOPE offers:
- Vocational training to rural youths in Physiotherapy and Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
- Vocational training to rural craft practitioners on designing and other skill building training
- Digital enablement training, which includes soft skill and basic computer, Smartphone and internet training
- Entrepreneurial training and guidance to generate prospects of self-employability to rural adults
- Skill update through post-training workshops, focusing on dialogue and enhancing communication skills of rural community
